I can't praise this place enough! After my car broke down unexpectedly, I was really stressed about finding someone trustworthy to fix it. Luckily, a friend recommended this garage, and I can honestly say it was a lifesaver. The staff were incredibly helpful, and they managed to fit me in the same day, which was a relief. The mechanic was very professional and took the time to explain what the issue was and the repairs that were needed, which I really appreciated. They also provided me with various options, including the costs associated with each. The pricing seemed fair to me, especially given the quality of service. My only minor issue was that they didn’t have a coffee machine in the waiting area, which would have been a nice touch while I waited for my car. However, the service more than made up for it! Having recently moved to the area, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new garage, but I’m so glad I found this one! The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, and the staff genuinely seem to care about their customers. I brought my car in for a full service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough they were. They went beyond just the basics and checked everything meticulously. The best part was when they showed me some wear and tear on my brake pads and explained why it was important to change them sooner rather than later. Their honesty and transparency really stood out to me. They completed the work within the estimated timeframe, which was a bonus. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a few more seating options in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded. Nevertheless, I left feeling fully satisfied and will definitely be returning for my next service!
